Reason of ME : Don't understand how I get ban. DID NOT GET UNBAN!

Fourth. I Got Unban by someone [how did I get unban?]

Fifth. Got Ban by Grammatics.

Lastly. Tell me how I get ban in the third one and how I get unban from the forth.
