8. What is the Story? NIH301 asked me to explain the whole story on here. About 1 month ago (could be 2 or 3 months, im not sure anymore) I bought 12 Stacks of Rails for 8 diamonds (I think thats the correct amount but i cant really remeber) from a non-donor. I dont remember this donors username (sorry, there are just way to many people i talk to everyday to remember an individual non-donor) Since then i have used these rails for a nice railway line around my island. At the time i did not realise that these rails must have been duplicated, i just thought that the player had enourmous amounts of gold at his disposal. So today, i was browsing videos on youtube (Random Minecraft spree) and stumbled upon a duplication video of rails. So then i thought that it would be way easier to just duplicate alot, to build a Huge Rollercoaster on my island (Including a way up from the bottom platform for my non-donor coop partner) . I also realised that i could actually make a profit from this, so i duplicated more to sell, (I wanted at least 8 diamonds to break even). I then created an Auction of 5 Stacks, where Blaq(Mod- i dont remember the whole name) teleported to me to see how i got all those rails. After i msgd blaq, i realised that it was illegal (Why else would a mod suddenly teleport to you xD) and destroyed my duplicator machine because i was too scared to get banned. Blaq then got other mods to teleport to the area where the machine used to be (it was on top of my storage house) including Demon and Cubex (maybe Cubix, i cant recall the exact name). Blaq then said to me, that if i did it again, he/she would hunt me down personally and ban me. (I have not touched the rails since then). So an hour or two later, NIH301 teleported to my island, where he confiscated the duplicated rails, and told me that he had to ban me. I complied and was banned. This is the whole story, i didnt leave anything out. I hope the level of detail is ok enough :/
9. Why should I be unbanned? I have been a member of this server for about 7 months, and am a very active player, i play every single day xD I have been a help to many other players and have never broken the rules (apart from this). One of the people i helped was DeEffEx, she died at spawn with a Diamond Block and God Boots, and when ive heard of this, i invited her into my coop and gave her a new set of Dia boots as a birthday gift I helped Krissy once at catching a scammer (long time ago) and have always been available to help the mods whenever they required non-mod help. I am a very honest person, and have introduced new players from my school to Skyblock. I also live in the New Zealand time zone, and often donated Newbies iems to assist them with their islands and actually helped them to build too I guess, this is all i can say to try to make the staff of skyblock consider unbanning me. Hmm, i forgot to say that ill never do it again xD But that should be obvious because if im unbanned, i wouldnt want to get banned ever again xD so, I learned my lesson

It was blaq that told me that he/she would not ban me, i didnt talk to the CubexTrain or Demon_Angel12 apart from "Hi"

 

Trouble is, I don't know of a mod called Blaq. Did you /realname them at all?

OK PhilsNZ, so it looks like you mislead moderators as well as duping.

How many rails did you sell?

 

I did not sell a single rail. I tried it in an Auction of five stacks. But then stopped the Auction when i was talking to Blaq. Im really sorry about all of this

 

Um, i forgot to mention that i confessed to Blaq ingame. My launcher crashed and when i logged in i confessed to Blaq

 

OK, I am going to give you a 2 week ban for rail duping. You were also not totally honest with mods, so you get an additional 1 week.

You will be unbanned on the 29th June.
