I voted today and received /pet soccer. Not sure what this is but when I go in game and do /pet soccer it says it is an invalid pet type. Any help with this would be appreciated.

Try to type in /pets.

When you type that in, you should see a window pop up that looks like a double chest with blocks in it, and a soccer pet should be an option

Cypriotmerks, I talked with Lemonade about this and we have no idea why I'm not seeing this pet after receiving it. I have no proof of it happening. The idea of taking a screenshot never crossed my mind when it happened, why would I if the system works properly. I don't really care if I have it or not but could you please look into why your vote rewards may not be working correctly? I would hate for this to happen to other players. With multiple accounts I'll buy a pet if I want one but this may be more disappointing for other players. Been voting for something like 2 years, this is the first thing I've ever won, and it doesn't work.
