Well unfortunately its almost impossible for us to know whos doing it unless we can catch who does it, in the act.
A last resort solution is to schematic your farm and move it onto an alt. I used this method on org so no one had the chance to set home.
Another way, if you can speak to cyp, is have him move your island to new coordinates. He might do this for you. Since sethome relies on coordinates.
Unless you can monitor your island and send us the results we cannot do much to stop this at a moderator level.
