Implemented /pay support for the Economy server.

Lmao it's kinda dumb that this isn't on the server yet. Definite support from me.

I've recently had to pay a player for helping me build something on my island. It would've be much simpler to use /pay to pay them back for their work rather than going through the process of putting something up on /ah or making a chest shop.

 

100% support this. As a returning Economy player, the first thing I tried to do was use /pay to pay someone for items I was buying from them, then learning that /pay wasn't a feature on the new Economy server. It makes absolutely no sense whatsoever to me that /pay is not a feature on Economy.

High key support this. It's annoying having to set up a shop to sell 1 stick each time I wanna pay someone or they wanna pay me. Would make life a lot easier. Great idea.

although the reason it was removed in the first place was a money duping exploit that we don't want to happen again, so it should only be reimplemented if it is 100% inexploitable.
