So say someone robs my house and I know exactly who did it. I message him and say that he robbed me and needs to give me my stuff back or else I will report him. If he replies with "robbing someone is not against the law", is he admitting to me that he robbed my house and can I take that to the authorities?

Robbing your house...? Are you referring to someone to Skyblock, or an actual robbery?
Robbery is a second degree felony in America, and stealing is illegal on the server. If you have evidence of someone stealing your stuff on the server, tell a staff member to ask for them to check. If someone robbed you, then please contact your local authorities.
