Today, an Ex-Administrator, @LukeOfLight came on the ORG server. He had an Admin prefix, and was in the group "admin". However, he was not opped and didn't have any special commands except two - /setwarp and /delwarp. He made some new warps like "illegal" "stafflist" "rule(s)" and "info". They are basically shortcuts to things you would need to do /warp serverrules to go to them.
