I think either full Mods or Supermods should be able to remove player lockettes due to the fact that, considering Noobcrew and (Now resigned ) Cyp are busy people and don't have time to remove lockettes.
I think it would be very beneficial to the majority of players.

Of course people would support this, but it is literally impossible right now without giving mods access to lockette.* (all access) and worldguard.* (again, all access). These two plugins don't get along well and without total access to both plugins, bypass can't be achieved due to confliction of region owners, lockette bypass and the nature of a double lock.
