Big news, org is to be reset. I for one am very excited, and I know there are many who are with me. I also understand that some of you are apprehensive about the change, and some are downright against it.

I do understand that losing time and hard work can be frustrating. I've spent time on the server too ... over 56 days since I joined the server last January according to my stats. I've accomplished things... I was so close to being finished the rebuild on warp rules, I'm quite proud of having sheep in every colour and having kept them safe for several months now, I've gathered a few heads and have stores of iron, redstone, obsidian as well as saplings, cooked beef and a multitude of other things that I keep on hand to help out new players. I'll be losing my island with my stores of items, and my farms... just as everyone else will.

Mostly, I have a lot of memories attached to my island, and to some of the items that I have carried with me for as long as I can remember being on the server. So I've taken a lot of screen shots in the last few days. I still remember my first island, that I called the floating cobble slab (as that's quite literally what it was for the most part), and with the only coop island that I ever lived on, Carl's old island. In much that way, I'll look back and remember things that happened on this island, and enjoy the memories.

In the way I look at it, I'm not losing anything. I play on the server with the same mindset I had when I donated to the server. It's for entertainment. The 56 days that I've spent on org... the time I spent on each of the 3 islands I've lived on, all the items I collected and everything I've done, were a lot of fun. I truly enjoy skyblock, I enjoy the community, I enjoy Org. No one and nothing can take the memories and fun I've had on the server, this reset included. I'm not losing anything, just gaining a chance to start that adventure again, and have even more fun and do all the things I looked back on and realize that I would have done differently, if I had the chance. Now I have the chance.

Of course, Noobcrew mentioned that the current org will still be around if you choose to continue playing there, but I think we all know that it is only a shadow of it's former self now. Things that were worked hard for have been dashed on the rocks with so many running around with million+ balances and store houses of dragon eggs. I do hope you'll consider joining us on the reset, even if you also want to continue on with the current/old org.

In the meantime, as I mentioned before, I've played on org for over a year now and I have a store of screenies. 1125 files of personal org screenies alone. Yes, I'm one of those crazy snap happy people who has a million irl pictures too. XD Anyway, I thought it'd be nice to celebrate org with a little walk down memory lane! I'm going to show off some random screenies from my time on the server as well as my old islands and my current islands. If you've been around since last year (or you know, even if you haven't), feel free to come down memory lane with me. Remember some of the people who used to be staff, some of the people who've left the server and some places that don't exist anymore or aren't popular.

You'll notice that there's less screenies as time goes on. Part of it is just because I go through phases of taking screenshots (or pictures irl) and then phases where I just forget. There was also a point where I had a lot of screenshots that needed to be sorted or something done with them and I didn't want anymore building up. >.>

Oh and for anyone that wants to follow along.... I joined the server mid January 2014, however, I didn't find global chat until the beginning of March 2014. >.> So... the screenies begin in March, when I actually joined the in-server community. I applied for mod in April (Blame McBird with help from Darkie, Veggie and Grace). I was promoted to tmod on May 6th, and then to full mod on July 13th. Now on to the screenshots!

Well that's it for my screenie collection as it stands now. Well, I do have many more, but mostly some inside jokes, encouraging words and personal things that really don't belong in this thread.

This isn't near including all of the fun stuff that's happened or all the good times I've had on org, just the times I remember to hit that F2 key as they happened. XD I also remember boat parties... and boat-kour. I was at the Easter head drop party in 2014, that was some crazy fun. There's just so much more.

And I really hope to see you all on the new org, after the reset. Come start out on the new adventure with me, make some new memories and get some new screenies. The server isn't just islands and rares, it's people too. And sorry about the ridiculously long thread. I'm just so excited!

Such lies. You put me in a time out box and put signs all over the box when I was on minechat. I didn't even have a pickaxe and it was above my bedrock so I kept going in the box whenever I did /home. Also, Grace was inside of me that day. ;-; I still have screenshots of what you bolth said.
