Resolved Ok, This a weird issue to explain. And I don't know where or how exactly to appeal this.

    I got rate limited by the downloads. It was entirely my fault for trying to download all the versions of the map in a short time frame. It says wait some time before downloading again. And I have. For about 3ish days now. It still hasn't lifted the rate limiting.

    This is the first time I've seen something like this. Have you tried to download them again while logged in with this account? Have you also tried with a private/incognito tab?
