This application is lacking detail. I've seen you in game a few times, but I've never seen you help out. As for the forums, I never see you on here. So try working on your activity. Try to correct minor grammar mistakes too, things like "i" should be changed to "I". Read other people's applications to give you ideas for what to write. Colour can also be added to make it look nice, but this is optional. Good luck.
No colour isn't really a reason why you shouldn't support an application. It's optional and doesn't have much of an effect on the application itself. ;p
