Now, a week ago, I've tempbanned you for fake messaging. I've warned you, so had others. I gave you another chance to come back on the server. But, you then kept spamming a player with /pay.
That tells me that you have not learnt from your mistakes, and you kept continuing. On Carl's side, he banned you for mute evading, in which you used caps in chat then logging off.


Why do you think you should be unbanned, after I gave you another chance and you used it to spam others?

In your last appeal, you stated that you did wrong, and was sorry for your actions.

That is false, after seeing that you were continuing to harass players.

I was annoyed with Gummi, that's my only excuse which really isn't one. I've broken the rules, I don't really have a valid reason why I should be unbanned. I want to come back to the community, and I don't have an excuse for what I did.

 

This appeal is probably going to be denied, worth a shot I guess.

RULE 1: Do not Grief. Ruins people's days. Something illegal and unfriendly to do. Doing this for your amusement is not the right thing, so don't do it.

RULE 2: Do not Scam! An unfair way of making money or items can make people feel upset or angry. Items could be bought with real $. This is something that is wrong, basically stealing real money.

RULE 3: An illegal way to get players items without there approval money. Sometimes, these items may be rares which players worked very hard on getting.

RULE 4: Do not spam/capslock. Spamming and using capslock is something very annoying to do. It is annoying to read. It doesn't let players chat, and may cause extreme lag for the many players who don't have that great of computers.

RULE 5: Do not /nick abuse. Trying to trick people into thinking you're another player. Can be used to get other players in trouble, and possibly even banned. Posing as a famous youtuber could possibly draw a lot of attention to yourself, people may start being extra nice to you which is a way to exploit players

 

Now, again, with a better reasoning, why should I unban you, after all you've done?

 

Well, I broke a rule, which is why I'm banned. But, after being banned for a week, I understand I shouldn't have spammed, whether I was annoyed or not. I spammed, and there were consequences.
