I know this sounds odd but I think you should be able to place a sign on a chest without it becoming a lockette. I'm trying to label my chests on the actual chest, not beside infront of it or above it. This is a very little thing but it is bugging me because I need everything to look perfect inside my house. :3 You also cannot lock trapped chests, is this ever going to be fixed? I need signs on my chests. -Jamo
Well most people put the label of the chest on the lock under their name which looks fine too. But it will probably always turn into a lock and this is a plugin thing. Just dont use trap chests if you need something locked. Again this is a plugin bug not server.
I just us /lockette 4 [Writing] on a sign, its easier as you can protect chests from coop partners so they can't access it.
