I personally was sad when Hellblock was shut down. I think it would be cool if a Hellblock is generated when you go through a Nether Portal. EDIT: I think it should be able to be accessed by doing /hellblock aswell as suggested below. Many Thanks, ThePigCrafters
Most of us agree about moving the Hellblock game-mode from mineverse back as part of the skyblock network as it's own server (official suggestion for that created by Sam here Hellblock | Skyblock Forums). A LOT of people also have thought of the nether portal idea as well, but I personally don't know how well that'd work out. It'd be cool, no doubt, but I'd just be happy to bring hellblock back here.
No thanks, obsidian is crafted by water and lava, and people need lava for their gens, and lava buckets are illegal to trade. How expensive are obsidian blocks, I don't know, but I'm pretty sure this isn't very easy for normal players that aren't donators. Plus how would this even work?
Most people would buy obsidian, due to its low price, instead of going through the trouble of making their own. Lava trading is not illegal, its the bucket that makes it illegal, because it easily can be farmed through replacing islands. Also people who want lava will just buy obsidian most of the time. 1 obsidian is worth 1 grass, so not that expensive if you ask me. Also, apart from kits, donators have no advantage over non-donors regarding receiving obsidian. What he meant, from my point of view, was to merge Skyblock and Hellblock together into one server, and the only way to connect to Hellblock was creating a nether portal on the regular Skyblock world. The portal would connect players to a Hellblock world, much like the one on Mineverse.
eh I think it should be another server, kinda like how org is separate, but you can connect to it by doing /hellblock like you can do /economy, but you can also connect to it through a nether portal. Kinda just for decoration so everyone can play even if they don't have a nether portal
I am neutral for this suggestion, I was just explaining to Will2kill, I wasn't arguing for this suggestion or anything.
