It seems that I think it's anybody under the rank 'Skygod' cannot do these and they can be pretty handy since /list is jacked up it seems like it would be convenient to do /seen mod or if somebody abuses with the /nickname command then /realname sort of helps in a way, amiright?

 

im not a net player, but i believe they were taken away to reduce lag, and wont be back for a while. im not entirely sure though
