Need Spawners Silked/Removed

    I've told you a bunch of times t-mods can't carry refund spawners, and we can't silk them. The refunds come from cyp.

    Try to ask full and super mods, but they might be running low as well :(

    Sorry, but only mods and above can refund, like lem stated above.

    That refund was probably from his own pocket. But as they said, TMods do NOT have refund spawners.
