With the resignation of leee I think the server need to hire more staff. I have gone through the staff apps and carefully selected 3 apps that I feel have had a good community response and would make good moderators to help with server load. I think GAMER1232012 WhatsUpDoc and GeoBerries would make the best mods to quickly promote right now. They all have good reputations for helping people and have had long running staff applications up so we know they are devoted to the server. This would help the overtaxed moderators like cyk and others. Opinions on this?
Promotions will happen eventually. The team needs to adjust to one change before we can make more I should also mention we do support one another so if someone is feeling overwhelmed we do help each other out

I was not singling out cyk she is just the mod I talk to most several people have told me how big a job moding is and many hands make the work lighter and frankly I just done know if there are enough of u guys to do it. You guys (moderators) are great but yall are only human k.th
I’m grateful that people do care about our wellbeing. It’s just an awkward time for promotions. We always are thinking, considering and monitoring applications so it’s not that it’s purposefully not promoting people. I cannot say too much about it but without lee there are some adjustments to make. Don’t worry, we can hold the fort until we get new staff on board
Ye ngl the staff team is great but its in desperate need of more people cause there's barely any staff member left. So ye promotions will happen soon and I know that they will promote the right people and if any gets left behind, that would just give them more time to improve themselves so they can be ready when the next rounds of promotions come so it's never too late or too early to apply ; ) Can't wait to find out who is getting promoted this round : )) hehe #GodBlessTheStaffTeam lmAO

We need more and that too amazing staff members. Its a shame that some staff (will not mention you know who you are.) are tryhards or toxic in general and that degrades the staff team as a whole. We need a more honest and less toxic staff that will not only make everything else better but the server as a whole. Anyone applying or wants to apply I wish you luck! also thanks tore
actually I did the opposite I believe 6 out of the current 10 staff apps are better than me to this is me more or less asking them to be staff. My app has not had a good community response and has only been up a short time. I don't believe ill even be in consideration for 2 months.

imho the staff team is doing a great job atm with also balancing their social/home lives with us. i think we all expect too much of them and every single act they do is going to be judged by a server of 200 players. i think if we all take a chill pil land relax and see that getting a promotion is more of a social boosting importance than an opportunity to help out the server (of course, this will be different for the applicants..)
