I guess you could say I wasn't thinking. I wanted to change my name from CarrotPolice to something else and had decided on Genjjii. So without hesitation I went onto Minecraft.net and changed it.

I then continued onto Skyblock.net to change it there. Little did I realize that you are only allowed to change your name once and I have already done that. (This is where I start freaking out.)
I came to terms with not being able to change in on this site, but didn't think any other problems would arise.

After trying to log back into the server on MC, I am promted that I have not been authenticated. Is there a wait period that I have to go through before it realizes that I am still technically CarrotPolice, or did I just lose everything I had built and worked for?

The best scenario that I would like to ask for, (an exception) would be that I could please change my name for a second and Final time. I would hope that something could be worked out, as to top it all off, I had just purchased Donor100 before changing my name. I was even yet to actually receive the premotion in game.

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!

 

So you new IGN for minecraft has changed and isn't letting you on?
That's strange, I've never heard of that before.

It could also very well be that minecraft is cracking down on name changes.
Try to log onto another server and see if that works.
