I checked buycraft, and it says you haven't donated before. How long ago did you lose your rank? When did you buy it? Do you have a transaction ID or receipt? Are there any other usernames you went buy when you had the rank?

Since I bought the rank, I have changed my name to Syqo. Click on this link: syqo - Minecraft Name - NameMC. It shows you past names of Syqo.
The problem is that the account with the upgrade is the one currently named GUONG, not the one currently named Syqo. Do you own both accounts?
argh... Okay. So. I have bought SkyGod on this server on two different occasions. One on legends152, which got hacked. The other was on FluffyParrotz which is currently named GUONG. The account named GUONG got deleted. I thought Syqo was the account I donated on. So is there any way I can get skygod?
I don't know the circumstances surrounding the deletion of your account, but you can try and work with mojang to recover that account. If you can prove in some other way that you are the owner of the GUONG account which holds the donor rank (e.g. showing the paypal receipt) we might be able to transfer it to another account, but transfers are not something we do regularly.
