I logged onto Skyblock.net at roughly 6:20pm this evening, to see my whole island gone. I was standing on the basic starter world and everything I had made and owned, was gone. I believe this is definitely the work of a hacker, not a glitch, because the screenshots I've taken show that the starter island has been modified. Two holes in it, a cobble generator and stuff is missing from the chest. About 10 minutes later, my co-owner Candylover1579 was on the island by herself, as I was starting to make this report, when our island was visited by ruf355, and -according to candylover- he messaged her, asking "Do you remember me?" Unfortunately we don't have screenshots, but we do have ones of him on our island. When asked if he knew anything about the hacking, he didn't answer and jumped off the island. We lost all of our chests which included diamonds, grass, spawners, an emerald and 2 stacks of iron. We are very sad about this, and would love to find out what happened. Thank you
Had this happen to me once. There's really nothing that can be done about it, since the island has actually been overwritten ;/ You could probably get a refund if you have screenshots of your rares, but as for the island itself, you'll have to rebuild.
Do you have any screenshots containing pictures of what you lost? If so I can review what you have lost and hopefully issue a refund. I do not believe you would have been hacked, just an issue with islands.
This would be an island bug, that hopefully can be resolved. To confirm- TannerLittle Anyhow, as Fight and Krissy have said, there's nothing that you can do honestly, aside from get a refund if you have screenshots of the rares. Sorry about this :/
