8. Why do you think you should be unbanned? Well this is the first i've heard of it. I knew there were some complications because i read mutantmoustache's ban appeal. If it is about that sand island I used to have, here is what happened. I was having a sand island built for me by DietPepsi22. I was buying a lot of red sand from people and then using a sand converter machine to change it to white sand. Then I was putting the white sand in a chest and DietPepsi22 who was trusted on my island, was placing it for me. I do recall placing some of it down myself, but I am a dreadful builder so usually pay others to build for me. I remember finally finishing the spawn island. I had used around 12 and a half stacks of sand i think so then i spoke to mutantmoustache (in game name is now Parkk) and he then re-designed the spawn island for me so it then used less sand and there was some spare so he placed it in a chest for me i think. I eventually decided it was going to cost me way too much. I dug up all of the sand (some may have been taken by clag, I can't exactly remember) and then converted it all back to red sand which I then sold to T0W0_L0L. I then had around 220 diamonds. I spent them diamonds on an upgrade to skylord. I kept the island still though because it had a full layer of cobble which i kept. I think i built a shop or something but I decided to destroy that shop and build a mall instead. I think I pretty much finished said mall when I then sold the mall island to Gaming_Pup for 2 stacks of grass i think. This sale was perfectly legal because there was only like 50 or so grass placed at spawn so definitely less than the 75 or something limit. I have no idea what Gaming_Pup did with it because i then got a new island that Rozels_ built for me. I'm not sure where Illegal trading comes in here to be honest with you.

May I also add that i'm sorry for taking so long to realize I was banned, I decided to take a bit of a break and only saw the ban when I came on today. I know there is only 2 days and 13 hours left but I would rather like to keep my clean record. Also, I have no idea who the actual person is that i'm meant to tag. I was banned by laini (Kyrxu) but the ban message said [Michael] in it and seeing as mutantmoustache's appeal was handled by Michael I presume it is him but I shall just tag both of you anyways. Hello MrABGold, I apologize for the delay.

I have spoken to Parkk in his appeal, and he explained that there was no illegal trading going on, he simply helped you place sand on your island. I apologize for this misunderstanding. From my point of view, I saw a very large amount of sand being placed on an island that was previously owned by you, and I assumed that this was the result of illegal trading. After speaking with Parkk, I looked further into the island, and found that the amount of sand placed, and the amount taken from chests over a period of time, was exactly the same. This, along with Parkk's explanation allowed me to determine that he was simply helping you build your island, using your materials, and there was no illegal trading going on. I apologize for my mistake. In the future, please try not to give other players access to items that are illegal to trade, as it will help avoid confusions later on. Your ban appeal has been accepted.
