Perhaps just do away with the 4th vote site until they put some mechanism in to protect it from being exploited.
Because until they do, the numbers they report are meaningless.

The ideal time for that might have been when I reported the exploit the day after you announced the new vote site but that report got no response.

I think we do all need to understand that this exploit is outside of Skyblocks control and so temporary restrictions need to be made because the fix is also outside of their control.
Ultimately we vote for sites to support that site rather than for the rewards.
I’ve always though it a bit wrong that we get rewarded at all for up voting a sever. It’s little different to being paid to write positive reviews for products/services which is against the law (in Australia at least)

 

Hot take but having offline voting played a huge part of chat liveliness.

I am in no way in a position to comment on how active ECO chat is on an ongoing basis, but I presume that it is extremely dead. Those offline votes made it fluid (and at least like there was something going on past everyone sitting AFK).

Also, to those who are genuinely playing ECO by hand, those vote party rewards may be a nice reward for their hard work. Not everyone has $20,000,000 and a plethora of automatic farms at their disposal; and some just want to play Minecraft for what it is.

I'll stop rambling but bring offline voting back and allow more vote parties!

Also, just as a side note. Im aware mine and Obliv's situation is nearly unique across the server. But due to alt-IP rules, I'm not eligible for the end of month gift card rewards, even if I hit the max number of votes. So without vote parties, there really is just about no reason at all for me to bother voting.

 

Thx for the mention but let me get things straight: I do not vote often and I do not plan to vote more.
