Before I start, my account security is perfectly fine, so this is not an issue. No one has tried to take over my account- completely safe. Although I can't access my account completely at this moment of time.

So I'm having an issue with my minecraft account, which is most likely a Mojang | Invalid Credentials issue problem, apparently my email isn't working- I've checked, its the right email, spelled correctly, right . and @ in the right spot, no caps locked, did it case sensitive.

My email apparently isn't working and is completely 'gone', I go to minecraft.net and try and login, it always says password or email is wrong- its correct. I go to 'forgot password', do the email, it sends, I change the password, I login and repeated process.

I've contact help support but at the time of writing this, they're currently working on May 2nd submission date of cases

Errrm, do you have anyone you know who uses your account?

 

My account has been completely secure since July 27th, it was originally my brothers account but that was all dealt with after it got me demoted, so the account original email belongs to me with its details changed and the email itself was changed to a new one along with the password.

So my account is perfectly fine

I've done both of these, for the original email account it never received anything, with my newer account it let me, changed it, said the same error messages as before

Mojang started cracking down on the leaked accounts, and I assume that your account has been logged in under too many ip's in the past so they disabled it. You just need to send a message to Mojang support and they'll probably fix it.

Do you have a code they emailed you when you bought it? If so you can send it to them to try get it back.

Maybe you could try changing your email (on minecraft) to the same name, just with a dot in the first thing.

For example,

[email protected]
becomes
[email protected]

It sends to the same email. Since I am to presume that you login with your email, I'd like to see if it works. I sometimes experiment with this kind of stuff. I have to anticipate you contacted Mojang, and if you did then don't take my advice and follow what they say. I'm empty headed qq
