    2 things

1: Are mods allowed to /ignore players

2: If a mod doesn't have someone on /ignore and a players says "Mod, i need help" And mods to give a *47# could that mod get demoted?

    1. We are not supposed to /ignore players. If we do, we see ignored players' messages anyways.

    2. I'm not sure what "and mods to give a *47#" means, but if a moderator is socializing in chat rather than helping, then the moderator risks being reported for not doing his/her job properly. If there is no response because the moderator is preoccupied, then no, that's understandable since we're human and can't be multiple places at once.

Did my guess as to what "and mods to give a *47#" means answer your question? If so, I'll go ahead and lock this unless you have additional questions.

    Nope thats it, thanks.

I may want too report a mod because she/he is socializing, not helping *say* me when i need help.

Before you post a staff report in the report section, I advise private messaging the moderator before hand and seeing if you can come to an agreement there. (It's also one of the requirements stated in the staff report template.)
