so because the server is extremely laggy and it takes 5 years to get on, just to get kicked for to many packets and have to join another 3 times, i suggest mods not kick, because then you have to do that all over again, instead you should mute, because most of the time kick related offenses only occur in chat.

if you dont support please specify a reason, and if you do, please specify a reason.

No support, there is a reason it is so annoying, to stop you doing the kickable offense again. Mutes are for if you ignore the kicks.

We are told generally during events to not kick.
And perhaps staff will issue 2 warnings then a mute and kick when its extreme.
However for general every day logins it should be more of an incentive not to do the wrong thing in chat if you don't want to spend 50 years logging back in. So long story short, why should staff stop what we do to work around people who cause issues in chat. They should be conforming to the rules.
So I see what you mean and I think we can start changing the way we handle chat offenses however kicks will probably always be used and people will need to behave.

to be fair it's their fault if they get kicked though?
maybe if they were well behaved then they wouldn't get kicked.

    Kicking is unnecessary
You get kicked. You join back. Done.

No support. I am fine with how the rules are. Let me simplify things for you:
If you don't want to be kicked and have to start over, then just don't do the offense in the first place. Studies show that if you don't do something wrong, the likelihood of you getting kicked is far less likely.
