Moderator application archive

    We can use this section to move temporarily locked applications here so the section can be more cleaned up. As soon as they want them unlocked, we'll move them back. I'm pretty sure they have this on Mineverse and it works nicely there, I don't see why we shouldn't add it here.

    But why did you make two different suggestions for archives? Just put them in one, players would be told off for that :O

    Personally I would merge the denied archive with the general moderator application archive - no need for so many different sections. Support though.
