Why do you think you should be a mod? I think I should be mod for these reasons:
ACTIVE: I am active every day and I will say no to my friends if they want me to play another game and Im on skyblock

TYPING: I have picked up skills on typing and can reply msg's fast

NOT ENOUGH MODS: alot of mods I see are just talking in chat, and when someone msg's them for help ,they ignore, so I think I can change that and reply to every single msg I get and Ill try very hard

SOCIALIZING: I like to socialize with as many people as I can and Ill try to talk to everyone and be Non AFK
but people need to help their relatives like their parents and Grandparents, and I try to help them alot, and be on alot, but people have lives to help.But ill be on as much as I can.

REASONABLE: My friend Lamezamer tought me how to have reasonable trade and I know values of everything on skyblock. I also know in some situations what punishment to give

RESPONSIBILITY: If I tell someone to try something and they do something wrong in the process or mess up the server, Ill take full responsibily, also if Inactive, Ill make up those days

ABUSE: I wont abuse my power of mod. I am not selfish, I am kind to others and Ill act like im a normal player and wont act like Im famous. I wont also use it as a excuse for anything or an advantage in a argument

FOOLING AROUND: I wont fool around and ban other staff for fun or as a joke. Ill only ban or kick normal players if there doing anything wrong.I wont joke around in that area which includes: Banning staff, Kicking Staff, and Using commands on staff

RELIABILITY- I let players rely on me for my help and Ill be friendly to every player on skyblock

How long can you be active on the server every day? 4-5 hours on weekends School days 1 hr and free time after homework
Do you have any past experience as a moderator? Yes I was a moderator on my friends server that closed down

Good start.
You should do something to make the header questions stand out. Maybe bold, italicize, increase font, color, etc. Anything will work so that people can navigate your application better.
Also, don't be afraid to tell us a little more about yourself or expand on the ideas you have already stated. There's never too much room for detail on a moderator application.
