I would say to add more information to the Why you think you should be Mod section. I'll list a few questions that I've put on other mod applications down below to help you get started. Where are you from? What qualities do you have? What can you bring to the staff team that no one else can? Why should we trust you? What are some good and bad things about yourself? Why does the good outweigh the bad? What is something that makes you happy to do? Does helping people mean something to you? Do you have a lot of compassion for others? Are you willing to dedicate your time to help others and the team? What you're going to add to the server that other mods you feel are not providing Personal qualities about yourself that aren't standard Things that make you want to do this as a job Effort levels Background experience Commands you know Ties you have and the relationships you have with other people. Hopefully this can help you a little bit. Also, try to add a schedule. It makes your application look more professional. Talk about your past experiences a little more, servers and what you did, how good of a job you did, if you were demoted or resigned, etc. Get use to forums and get to become a familiar name in game, sweetie.
