Mobspawner protection

    Some people will change your spawners on your island, so if island protection could include this, or possibly only the person who places it can change it, or whoever privates it can change it, then it would help out. If it's too hard to implement, or not that important, then it's fine. However if you find a way to fix it easily, that would be nice.

    As per Kerahna, you can protect them conveniently.

    I think I may remember seeing another thread on this, or I could just be hallucinating. Anyways, support. I once ended up with all my grass as snow because someone changed my spawned to snow golem

    Neutral support. If it's covered under the island protection then the people who are /trusted on the island will be able to change it, but if a donor went to a Greenie's island who did not have /spawner, they'd have to be trusted first before they could change it.

    In the meantime, you can protect your spawners from being changed by surrounding it with other blocks (for example thread, which allows you to see through to the spawner but blocks people from changing the mob)

    Understood :) I knew about this, but sometimes it's a little hard to do this. Maybe I'll do some tests and make a tutorial thread of how to protect them without sacrificing looks or spawn rates!
