you need a picture of you as the rank you were on hellblock at the very least. Must be a full screenshot.
Still trying to get it solved with the Xenforo devs.. no luck so far. I'm starting to get angry because they cannot fix it after I've given them everything they need. Error logs, FTP access, etc. It's possible to fix but it's just finding the error that is causing it is the difficult part.
