Minecraft account hacked, have another

my account was hacked and it has donor50, its username is darkrawr and my other account is punpunguy1,
i dont know if cyp can change my donor50 to my other account? and also release my chests. tell me if possible

Cyp doesn't do transfers, so I doubt you'll get donor 50 on your alt.

A mod can release your chests, though. Just ask one in game. I am assuming that your alt is a coop with your regular account? If not, I'm not sure if the mods can get you the stuff from your chests. If you are a coop, you can probably get your items from the chest.

 

I think it's just that he can't get on the server, he changed his username, he might have forgot to change the settings, he might still be loging in Minecraft with his old username.

 

That might be it too. . .I actually had an issue like that like three years ago when I first really started playing MC.

 

I'm sorry, but Cyp doesn't do rank transfers because of the chaos involved in it. I believe he stopped doing this when you couldn't change your username and people kept getting new accounts because of it. I'm not sure if that was true but I'm positive that he doesn't do rank transfers. You'll have to get the transaction id and then say why you need it and how you lost it. You will also need a screenshot of you having it or else he won't believe you. Give lots of detail and maybe, just maybe, he'll do it.

As many players have already said, we don't entirely know of Cyp still does rank transfers. Your best bet is to send him a private message in the forums about your issue, or try to catch him in-game and ask him there.

I found him on, I asked him, he transfered it and unlocked my chests+put it on my island, so yea. yay
