My lower minecart gets stuck every 2-5 minutes either on the left or right side. I have an alt keeping the area active prob 30-40 blocks above.

What am I doing wrong??? why is it only the lower minecart?

 

Going to take a guess that it's the corner. Minecarts have a habit of getting stuck on corner rails when there are blocks next to them. Though unsure why it would only do that for one side

 

No the minecart up front is a straight line with uphill at each side and powered cart. For some reason the both minecarts behind doing the U ride always work.

Only the front straight line gets stuck, have a look at it on my island below

 

Feel free to look around on /eco at visit saintoffline, pushing the minecart and calling me dumb if the fault is on me. Its below my /home

 

Update: The Minecart got stuck again, but it held a little longer/ Its the lower cart again, notice the left cart not being present rn

this is all withing a single chunk, above I have a crophopper with 12 layers melpump, and a few stacks observers observing kelp to grow events happening once every 5-30 seconds

 

Has nothing to do with the hopper minecart limit.
