From what I was told, the player who was on the island had left the island and as such forfeited the right to reclaim blocks that were in use by others.
Furthermore, if you had permission why did you hollow out the beacon, ultimately hiding the fact these blocks were gone.

 

She said to leave the ones on the outside so the beacons could still work.

 

Well the player who has told you to do so, is also banned on account of removing blocks also.
To me it looks as if you have tried to be sneaky and hide the fact that you griefed.

 

No. That is not the case. If it was grief I was not meaning to grief. I was told I was allowed too take the gold and I have been banned for it! If I was told I was allowed I should not be banned. I am not questioning your ban but your wrong on this case. It may look like griefing but the fact that an island member said I could take them. I wasn't sneaky I kept the rest there to keep it a fully functioning beacon for the sake of the island members.

 

The player who has told you to take it is not a member of that island and has left.

 

When she was she said take these blocks in middle, we took them and she said "Can I join your island?". I said yes so we took them back to our island.

I did not grief, I was told I was allowed to take them from the island. I replied with okay. Why would I steal if I wanted to be a TMOD? Its like someone saying "Take my TV PS3 xbox" etc and the police arresting you for it!

 

As far as I can see, BlueSugarCane is unaware that you took these items and cannot recall doing it themself. I don't see much strength in your story at the moment, we will wait to find out more from Blue

Snozzle your a nice guy from my friends experiences but I knew that if I told you the ban may have been for months, maybe up until 2015 and I would hate that. But now I know I lied the consequences will be way more severe. I sincerely apologise take everything from my enderchest and give to the bloke I griefed.

 

I'm not here to take from you to make up for it, I can see you're sincerely sorry now, because you think you've pretty much blown your only chance to play on this server. But as I said to Blue, you have been honest (to an extent) you shall remain banned for 1 day and I will unban once that time has expired.
