Hi Minataur01, sorry for taking so long to reply, I was trying to contact azerty.
So according to him, the blocks belonged to him, and you are saying that the blocks belonged to you. Were you ever part of the coop? If so, when did you leave?

 

Yes I was and I took them before I left and the were in my enderchest when I left and completely forgot bout them. I think I left on the 6th. And also I get 12 iron in my kit 50 so we're did all my iron go then if it wasn't mine? blaq

So Azerty says they're his and you say that they're yours.
According to the logs they were placed by Azerty and broken by you. Which makes the blocks owned by him and griefed by you.

 

I know they are mine but I will admit to griefing. Okay I griefed and I'm sorry. I told azerty over Skype that I was sorry.

I don't know. I put them on my island. I'm telling the truth. No idea

 

Will you be able to locate and surrender them if your unbanned?

 

I don't know. I'm not going to say yes cos I will probably not be able to find them and that will not help. And I don't have accsess to a PC ATM

 

So what you've said is that you griefed the island and won't return the items you griefed. And this is on top of 2 previous bans for griefing. I don't see any reason to unban you.

 

I dont know where the items are! You can look through my island. and also is there a reason that anyone gets unbanned. Personally I think your right.

 

I find it hard to believe that one simply "misplaces" 50 iron blocks.

 

I probably sold them I DONT know where they are!

 

What did you sell them for? If you do not know where they are I see no reason to unban you:

1) This is your third offence
2) I am not about to unban someone that potentially has access to 50 illegal iron blocks, or the equivalent in other server valuables.
