You failed at scamming? You're implying that you should be unbanned just because your attempt at scamming did not succeed and are expecting us to believe you in your saying that you will not attempt it again when you were already banned for the same reason before and are now banned again? Off the bat, I can tell that your excuse is flimsy and you will most probably break the rules again. Appeal denied.
