Hey I was wondering if maybe we could change the message colour/the other chat colour so that it messages have a specific, unique colour so that it is easier to tell apart from chat.
Like whenever I message someone or they message me right now it is a dark blue. But I have seen other people just chat in general with it. So like could that colour be exclusive to messages or put in a colour not currently in just for messages. It would make checking chat a lot easier for people trying to trade.
I think he is saying that there should be an exclusive color for private messages only so that donators can't use it. Therefore donor chat colors don't interfere and you can see msgs easily. Correct?
I don't really like the idea. I think all colours should be allowed, and message colours are fine as they are really. My only complaint is that non donors are coloured blue in pms and I think they should be coloured yellow or light yellow to make them more noticeable, if that is possible.
I understand that they pay for it but I am just saying it would make things easier if msg/pms had their own colour. I don't have a problem with donors having colour chat I just think it would be easier if they couldn't replicate the same colour/shade of msg/pms that's all. Of course it is up to the people who run the server.
As much as this may be useful, this ain't much of a problem with most players at the moment. Try resizing your chat box/chat to be larger. I'm sure this'd make the PMs much easier to notice.
Greenbeans can use color in private messages already. They just can't do it in main chat. It isn't needed. No support.
50/50, As said before donors pay to talk in color, so on that part no support But what if there was a default color prehaps? as if a donor didnt use a color code in a message- a different color would appear as a default, the default color would be taken away though if they added a color code. Not sure if this is any better but its something Xb
