Now I don't know if this is possible but. On .Org (When I'm on) People mass message and spam and advertise. I think we should give a cooldown on mass messaging. Or somehow delete mass messaging. Thanks for reading this...

 

There's really no way to stop mass messaging unless quite a few Mods are online and / or a new plugin. I know that Merks has added a couple plugins in the last couple days, so it's possible he may add an anti-spam plugin.
