So, I was muted because a) my status was "pullahannahbaker" and b) I had posted on Fataldisaster's profile calling him oversensitive and childish.

Let's address A. I have seen many, many worse statuses than this that don't even usually get deleted, and this is the first time I've seen somebody get punished for something as harmless as this. I've reported many posts (as jokes) telling me to kill myself and nothing has been done about any of them, not even deletion. I'd like an explanation as to why a post that was referencing a show and was not directed at anybody merits a punishment.

Now for B. Calling somebody oversensitive and childish in no way merits a punishment. I guarantee that if somebody had said this to me nothing would be done about it, it would be deleted but there would be no warning given. Fatal posted on my profile after this, calling me pathetic and he recieved a warning. Please explain to me what is different about what he said that merited less of a punishment than what I did, if what either of us did deserved one at all. It says that disrespect is a 3 day mute, but if people are getting away with worse things than what we did without a punishment at all, and Fatal is being warned for something that COULD merit a 3 day mute (assuming mine does, anyways) something is quite wrong.

It's worth mentioning that Fun had told me that she would prefer for me to wait out my mute, but as I don't see this as correct, I'm ignoring that until this is fully addressed. Also, I believe that Fun is biased in this case, as she openly disliked me while I was on the team and I've done anything but try to change that, mostly because I don't care. I don't have an issue with her dealing with this as long as she keeps an open mind about this all and doesn't close this immediately like a similar case that went on today.

tl;dr - My mute was either undeserved, or unfair. You choose.

"pullahannahbaker" is basically telling someone to go kill themselves. Death wishes are not allowed here.

This was just another factor to add onto your "pullahannahbaker." It's not that disrespectful, but it's also not the main reason for your infraction.

Telling someone to kill themselves is pretty bad. I didn't handle Fatal, but I know what you said is disrespectful and uncalled for.

 

You didn't address anything I asked you to, these are all things you've already said to me. Your reply literally makes it seem like writing the appeal was a waste of time.

 

I've never seen your reports. I haven't dealt with them. If I did, they would of gotten the same infraction as you. That has nothing to do with what you said.

Jesus Christ, you've still not answered my questions. Is it possible to get a more level-headed mod that is actually willing to read the appeal that I put time into, rather than doing this.

Here, let me highlight the parts that need to be addressed for you since you're apparently not capable of comprehending a simple appeal.

And I am more than aware that this appeal is going nowhere, and it's not because of me being passive-aggresive. It's because somebody has, like I said in their staff feedback, a superiority complex and is unable to see things in any other point of view but theirs, because the mod is always right.

 

I already addressed 3/4 highlighted areas. The other one was addressed in my second post.

If you're going to keep being disrespectful, I will deny this.
