Global Make Crate Key Animation Skippable

Id agree for epics and legendary but rares are mid and ppl often open them by the stack

 

I very very very rarely use any key above common tier, but when I do, I also like the drum roll moment when you see the wheel pass dragon head and land on sponge haha. Although, I think it'd be nice to have at least common keys also be skippable since they're basically just banana-colored vote keys
