    75% support only because I think that other people should have a chance of being a moderator as there are a lot of good applications out there, ( aswell as you.) How many times have you been demoted?

    How many times!? Gosh, only the once of course! It's just people that have previously been moderator have a lot more experience, and you don't have to train a new mod all over again. It's not as if mod is a sort of "Oh, can I please have a go now?" thing. It's a demanding volunteering role, not a game.

    What I am saying is that sugarcane is a new mod and we should have new mods like here I am hinting me lol. Although expirenced mods can also be just as amazing because of the knowledge they already know about skyblock.

    I understand that. However, training new moderators takes time and resources. Trial Moderators can do significantly less than Full Moderators, and it takes time for a T-Mod to understand the server and be trusted enough to become a Full Mod. It's a lot easier for the admin and the other Moderators to have a moderator that they don't need to train. I understand a lot of people want to be a moderator, however the reality is that the best person for the job will be picked whether they've done it before or not. There's no many advantages on promoting someone new over someone more experienced unless their other aspects weigh up better ^-^
