I was on my island playing and then I went to spawn and I went back to my island but it was'nt MY island and I don't know the coordinates of my island so that's no use

HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

Try doing /spawn and then /home again. That worked for me.
