Recently in pvp I have lost my diamond armor, for some reason on my computer monitor it had seemed that I was wearing the diamond armor, though I just went out and then someone just killed me, someone told me that I wasn't wearing my armor, though on my computer screen it was, I also didn't see anyone attack me as I was far, far away I couldn't see anyone, then somehow I just got killed, it was odd, the only proof I have is that if you logblock ALL my chests on my island you won't see that I have my diamond armor in any of my chests neither did I put any in, and I have proof of purchase and me having it. I suppose its a hacker possibly that attacked me and I didn't see anything, thanks. I understand I don't have solid proof that this happened so I know that I might not get it back.

I dont think a hacker killed you, id say the item glitch in 1.5 ate your items when you placed them in your invent :3
I know this totally is ridiculos this should be solved. I think everyone that have proof that they had their diamond, or iron armor should get if back due to this bug.
it is a major bug either in the bucket build or the minecraft client itself, but yes it needs to be resolved. as for item returns. i thing people who have actual proof of them loosing it. (not just some pictures of diamond armour in a chest) should be refunded, but i know i lost mine but i do not have any proof of me loosing it
