What are you looking to have transferred from the account? It appears, you're looking to have the coop transferred - in this case, you can request the group invite you on a different account and remove the hacked account from the island. You could transfer any items you have from the problem account you're using to a new one. You wouldn't need staff help to do this.
In order to prevent players from just randomly claiming others' islands as theirs, I will need some proof that you were the owner of that account. For example, a receipt from when you bought something from the store, or a recent screenshot of you talking in /msg to someone, that I can match to chat logs. Once that is done I can transfer ownership of the island to a different coop member, but it must be someone currently in the coop. Then, they can add your new account and transfer it to you.
i trusted gamer on itand accidentlay msged a bunch of people from it if i get like 4 people to say its mine it that enough proof i dont have screenshots also it did get banned for being my alt
If you have a screenshot of you sending a private message to anyone using that account I can match it to chat logs to confirm it’s yours. I can check ban history as well but the ban message would need to mention who the main account is (and not all mods ban with that in the message).
ok, I can confirm that tbonesteaks is an alt of ursusmaiorus. I can't transfer the island to jguy10 though, because that account is not in coop. I can only transfer the island to someone currently in the same coop as tbonesteaks.
hi there! If this is still an issue, Kerahna is saying that in order for leadership to be passed onto a new person, there must already be someone in the coop. If there is no one in the coop, then nothing can be done until there is someone in it. Regarding your latest message, it seems like you no longer need help?
