I really need help.

My story is:

I got a name change, My lockettes were still locked for my previous name. And those Lockettes have been locked for at least four Months. My friend (IceKeam) and I are upset about it. IceKeam, a friend from irl called me before I got the name change and told me to put her stuff in my chests because she wasn't available atm and She didn't put lockettes on her chests. then she needed her stuff after I changed my name-- and I didn't have those Items. The items that are locked include, Furnaces, Crafting benches, Dispensers, chests and just about every storage item there is. I would appreciate some help if you would. This is a .net problem And if the problem is resolved skyblock.net will be my Favorite server once again. Thank you very much for reading this.
