This is because your age is completely unrelated; everything we need to know about your maturity can be found in the way you write your application. If any further insight is needed we only have to look at how you handle criticism to see where your maturity level is.

It is safe to remove this "important" section, unless you want us looking at your age for some reason?

This is rather interesting in an unrelated way: Minecraft is becoming one of those games everyone plays (including your uncles). I understand you wanting to put your history into a Moderator application... but perhaps you can just give us a link to your "About Me" post in the "Introductions" forum? That way after reading your application if we are interested in your story we can just click over to your biography and read up.

You are the Vermin Supreme of Mod applicants, sir. I am scratching my head here: Why are you shooting yourself in the foot? You're telling everyone right away that you've tried to get Mod (and quit) several times, gave up and now you're posting again. Are you trying to say you give up easily when you don't get what you want right away? Recommend you remove this portion.

You may be selected for a Moderator position. If you do the people you end up working with might remember you talking about how they weren't good at their jobs. If this isn't the message you were intending to send you may want to edit this portion of your application. Or just ignore me, entirely up to you sir.

Entirely valid point. +1 for a well written portion.

This is a long-winded way of saying "I would like to assist players that have been cheated by others". Personal stories are a difficult thing to use in a job application, they usually end up sidetracking readers into wondering why something like that matters. You've done a nice job here but it got a little lengthy.

I'd like to remark how your first point was "We have a lot of new Mods, but I still see people needing help!"
But then this section lists "I prefer to private message people that need help".

How do you know the people asking for help aren't quietly getting messages from Mods...? If you get Moderator in the future, will people point out you're not helping anyone because they can't see you sending messages to players?

Argument: "But their names are green! So... greenies!"
Explanation:
"Greenie" already has a meaning. It's a shortened version of "Greenhorn", meaning "someone new". It's used as an insult. Some synonyms for greenhorn are rube, hayseed, simpleton, naif and virgin. It is a complete accident that the chat color for non-donors happens to be the color green.

Now that you know, perhaps you could start referring to 95% of the server as "new players"...?

FACEPALM. Don't list a qualification and then immediately disqualify yourself, sir. "Honest: I try to be honest" made me place my forehead on the desk several times in a rapid, woodpecker-like motion. Rewrite this so you're not suggesting you're less than honest.

Does this require being a Moderator...? You can be kind and help others perfectly fine as a normal player. Can you rewrite this to explain why your kindness is an asset to a Mod?

Cool story, Mr. Levi. This feels like a stub, though: Can you explain a bit about how liking the server a whole lot means you will be better at Moderating? I'm sure there's some good points there you can elaborate on there.

The rare and coveted +2 for this qualification. Correct use of "unbiased" with appropriate example. Extremely well done, sir.

This is not a popularity contest. Moderators are not required to be sociable (as far as I know). Unflinching application of rules and vicious adherence to punishment guidelines is the requirement.

Please consider rewriting this to emphasize how connected you are with the community, or perhaps point out that you have a good idea on when people start behaving badly? Or leave it "as is", my opinions are pretty bad.

Did you kill it...? Not accusing, just asking sir. Consider listing any RL experience you have here, for examplE: Are you captain of a debate team? Perhaps you regularly organize study groups, or coordinate schedules for violin practice? Any experience managing large groups of people would probably help.
