This has been a crazy week in a crazy time. I am going to be honest and blunt in my response to you because this is your 4th ban in a short amount of time and this is your 2nd ban for the same offense, in real life trading.

You are making all the same mistakes from your last appeal and even some new ones:

TIPS FOR YOUR APPEAL
It’s handy to know the best tips in order to successfully be unbanned on one of our platforms. Here are some of the team’s best points that will help your appeal.

1. Explain what you have done wrong - you were banned for a reason so it’s best to be truthful and not lie about the situation, it will only get worse if you lie!
2. Show the staff team how you have taken precautions to prevent any further bans, such as the removal of fly hacks.
3. Make it look neat - staff don’t want to be reading tiny text that is coloured in yellow, making it impossible to read. Use a suitable text font and colour.
4. BE PATIENT! Our staff team have lives outside too! Please don’t constantly message them asking to reply to your appeal, as they will receive alerts when you send back a reply! You may be desperate, but being impatient just decreases your chances!
5. Claim responsibility for your actions, as staff have heard all the reasons in the book; just tell the truth!
6. Be polite and friendly, as well as respectful; staff prefer nice people rather than insulting players!
7. Don’t give silly reasons to be unbanned, such as “I will buy Skytitan if I get unbanned!!”.
8. Take the appeals seriously, as this could affect any future appeals

To repeat, the last two ban appeals you made just prior to this current one were denied because I absolutely know you did not feel sorry about breaking the rule on in real life trading again when you posted them. I told you last time you were banned that spamming someone to respond to the appeal was unacceptable. If you look around, you will see that other players have received the same message. Also, you are not allowed to demand a response from me after being so incredibly rude to me in a private message on forums.

Now for what you wrote in your 3rd attempt at an appeal for this current ban on in real trading:

It is simple, if you want to keep playing, then do not break a server rule. You do not get to choose when to be unbanned and when to be banned again. You do not deserve to be unbanned just because you want to attend a server drop party. I explained to you the last time that you were banned that if you break the rules again, the ban length would be longer. Kerahna already explained to you from last time that you are not allowed to be unbanned just because you wanted to collect your kits. A ban means you cannot play here because you broke the server rules. Ban length is chosen by how severe the rule break was.

I told you that a player may be permanently banned from the server for in real life trading. And attempted in real life trading counts as the same thing. No one is allowed to buy or sell in game items for any type of in real life money outside of a gift card to the server donation store. No one is allowed to buy or sell accounts for any money, in game or real life. No one is allowed to even just offer such deals.

You had a chance to follow the rules before, but you did not. You are probably only sorry about rule breaking because you cannot play and not because you broke a big server rule. Just wanting to play again on the server is not a good enough reason to end the ban early. You should be showing you are truly sorry for breaking the server rules and that you really want to follow them.

The truth is, with your 3 recent past bans, it is really hard to take you seriously. You will have prove to that you are absolutely sincere. You promised 3 other times that you read the rules and that you would follow them. You even wrote them out a couple times so you definitely know the rules. Therefore, you have almost 0 credibility to your name.

It was an honest response and a step in the right direction. You also apologized to me in this current appeal. I am going to assume that is for the message you sent me on forums. This is another step in the right direction.

I am going to repeat myself from the last time you got banned. Ultimately, it is up to you to decide if you will follow the rules. In real life trading is not the only way a player gets permanently banned from the server. A player may be permanently banned because they continuously break server rules and because they refuse to listen to staff members. I cannot force you to do anything. You must take the time to think over everything you have done so far and figure out how you want to behave from now on.

Lastly, if you tag me again to make another response, I will deny the appeal and make you wait the rest of your ban time.

 

I have not responded here because I do not know how many times you want me to repeat myself. I am, frankly, tired.

It has only been 18 days so far out of your 31 day ban for in real life trading for the second time. You have not followed directions regarding grabbing my attention and that of the other staff members. Throughout this week and the last you have been leaving a bunch of messages on the discord.

In one conversation you had, you admitted to being a compulsive liar. That was another honest step towards the right direction.

I will only give you one small chance to come back in the game. I will only unban your main account, which is litteralberry. Your remaining alt accounts will continue to be banned. I will let everyone else on the staff team know. If you break another rule, I will ask the staff team to ban you for a whole month and to do the same for your alt accounts. Prove that you want to be part of this community. Prove that you want to stay here by following the rules.

Please do not break the rules again.
