    1. Your banned account name: LitteralBerry
    2. Platform you were banned on: Skyblock.net
    3. Ban message/reason: Island Farming.
    4. Have you read the rules? Yes, i have now fully read all of the rules that i have broken thoroughly and the rules that i should not break.
    5. Do you think this ban was incorrect? No, it was my fault and i never should of traded islands with jayden in the first place.
    6. Please list any other times you have been banned on any of our platforms: About 15 times. I'm a very bad person i know. But as i said many times when i try to do things it always ends bad for me.
    7. Why would you like to be unbanned? I would like to be unbanned, because i love skyblock its the one thing i wake up to on a morning. And to keep getting banned its hard for me to. I follow the rules to the best of my abilities but sometimes i forget them and i belive to break them without knowing. As i knew island farming was banned but i didn't know you couldnt trade islands with a little bit of grass on it. But i feel that i was in the wrong yesterday and i was very tired. And i would like to appologize to all the staff members that had to deal with me and waste there time for one of my stupid mistakes. I feel that i will never break the rules again to whatever extent. It was my fault i never should of done it in the first place. And last of all i would just like to say. Im sorry!
    8. How will you prevent yourself from being banned again? I will read the rules through multiple times and ask staff members what they mean if i happened to not understand it and i will make sure i never get banned again.
    9. If you know, tag the member of staff that banned you: Agent
    10. Do you understand and accept our rules? Yes i do.

Thank you for taking the time to appeal your ban, LitteralBerry.

I'd like to begin this appeal by asking questions about what you wrote above.
You are not a bad person. You simply have struggled to follow the rules and understand them. This makes you a rule breaker, not a bad person. I believe you are someone who does not understand the rules of the server after a variety of different punishments occurring in-game (including bans). If you wish to see yourself as a bad person, that is up to you.

I'd like to remind you of this reply on your most recent ban appeal:
You stated that you would never irl trade again, but not that you wouldn't break the rules again. You should never break any of the rules again, or break any of the rules at all. You even admitted to not following the server rules on March 28 2020. This was less than a month ago, and I'm expected to believe that you chose to follow them now? Your exact words were "I am going to read the main rules that i dont follow now because i dont want to be put in the same situation as last time." On the very first page of Ban Appeals Archive I see three of your past ban appeals. I don't believe a person can change anything they do in less than a month without showing any kind of determination beforehand. You were determined to attend the Easter Drop Party this year. You were not focused on changing how you act on the server as you still break rules on the server. This led me to further believe that you have no desire to become a player who follows the server rules.
I'd like to dissect your response to this question and focus on the points you brought up:
I'm glad you love the server, but I'd like to see you express your love for it by following the rules. Any confusion you have about the rules you can get rid of simply by asking any staff member for clarification. We are more than happy to help you and would appreciate you expressing your confusion rather than misinterpreting the rules.
This is something we cannot help you with. Staff members enforce the rules, but you have to be able to understand them if you want to stay unbanned on the server. You should follow the rules no matter what, and if you have read them as mainly times as you claim, there should be no forgetting of them. If you break rules without knowing, you will suffer the consequences a player who knowingly broke the same rule would. Rules are made to be followed and they help keep the server fair and fun for all. Breaking the rules, whether you know you are or not, ruins the Skyblock experience for others.
600 grass/dirt is not a "little bit of grass." I understand that you were confused about how this was island farming, so I'll break it down for you:

Island farming is the action of a player (can be multiple players) creating new islands for the sole purpose of gaining more resources (mainly illegal trading items, such as dirt). Island farming is done not only by creating new islands, but by trading islands. If a player wishes to trade their island, they must have as staff member clear it and remove any excess items that are illegal to trade that do not come with the original Skyblock island. This means that players who are trading islands can only have 77 placed dirt or grass (when broken, grass turns into dirt) on their island or else it is considered island farming. If categorizing your ban under island farming confuses you, think of it as illegal trading, or the trade of illegal items (in this case the illegal item is dirt).

Ask staff members before doing something you are unsure about. If you were unsure about trading islands, ask a staff member if it is allowed. If there are no staff members in-game, message a staff member on discord or on forums. Do not proceed with something you are unsure about without asking a staff member first if you do not wish to get banned again. If you do not want to keep asking staff members questions about anything that may go against our rules, read the rules in depth to fully understand what you are about to do and if it is against them.
We were not holding you in-game and you could have logged off for the night and woken up to ask any questions about your ban in this appeal. I would never ask you to stay online longer than you would like if you did not want to. If you felt like you were being held in-game, know that you could always log offline. Your ban was set in stone the moment I logged on and learned about the problem. There was nothing you could have said to have changed my mind as you had broken a server rule that we always ban players for.
Feel free to write an apology to each of the moderators you talked to last night about this.

You said almost the exact same thing in your most recent ban appeal:
You stated that you had learned your lesson, yet here we are in a new ban appeal only 8 days since your unban. You haven't learned, and I don't believe you have any intent to learn what you have done wrong any time soon. You were asked to prove that you wanted to stay unbanned on Skyblock, but all I have seen is you proving that you haven't learned anything since your last ban. Were you trying to prove to me that you donated a lot of money to the server? Were you trying to prove to me that you should be treated with so much respect after heavily breaking a rule that I should allow you to open a legendary key? You have only proved to me that you have no respect for the staff members that enforce the rules or the rules we enforce. You essentially had asked me to let this whole thing slide by saying things like "agent.," "cmon," and "you dont have to do this." I never want to take away from another player's Skyblock experience, but you broke the rules and you will deal with the consequences. I will not believe you if you state that you have learned your lesson in this appeal as your long history of punishments and your past appeals prove otherwise.
It was your fault for taking part in something that is against our server rules. Rather than apologizing and claiming to be sorry, show me in this appeal that you regret what you have done.
During our discussion last night, you had told me that you had read the rules many different times. Have you just now read the rules entirely and lied about reading them before or do you now fully understand all of the rules and their entire meaning?
Do you understand the rules after reading them now or have you always understood the server rules?

Reply to this as you see fit, but do not spam this appeal. I will reply to it when I have the time to, but I will not accept any spam in hopes of getting me to see this appeal any faster. Respond to this appeal maturely and take in everything that I have said above. I will not be easy on you in this appeal. Show me that you have learned and show me that you are capable of changing.

I will not fully unban you, and with this appeal you have the chance at one week off of your ban. You must earn this, however, and with what was discussed last night and what I am seeing in this appeal, your chance at getting one week off is slim. Expect your ban to stay at 31 days if you choose to not work for a 24 day ban.

So, here's my one question. If i was to get 7 days of this appeal. Could i remake a new one and get further off? And Also, i now do fully understand all of the rules, and i don't intend to break any more of them any time soon. And if you read my other ban appeal thuroughly you will have seen that i am a genuine lier which means i cant control when i lie. I just do it. I did not read the rules last time at all. Because all that was a lie. But this time its not, i am being dead serious that i have actually read the rules this time. I have genuinly thought of all the mistakes i have made over all 5-6 years of me playing skyblock. And i will never break any of them. I regret all of the mistakes i have made in the past. And i am very sorry for that. So i am sorry. And i will never break any rules again.

    No.
I don't believe you stating that. You need to prove to me that you understand the rules. Whether this consists of restating the rules in your own words or giving examples of each rule is up to you or any other idea you can come up with is up to do.
Your chance at getting a week off is even lower with this sentence. You should never plan on breaking the rules ever again. You should not be stating that you will not be breaking them "any time soon."
This led me to change my views on everything you say here. Stating that you are a liar and could lie at any given time only supports my reason of denying your appeal. It further proves that everything you say about truly changing as a player is false and that you have no intention of following the server rules.
With your confession to being a liar, I find it hard to believe that this is true. I'm very close to denying your appeal at this point because of how you have failed to not only read my entire reply but due to your constant lies that you admit to be lies. You admitted that many things in your last appeal were a lie, so what makes this appeal any different? After all, you mentioned how you cannot control when you lie.
I do not believe this at all. You continuously contradict yourself and admitted earlier on in your reply that you are a liar who cannot control when they lie. Read my first response again and reply to that rather than admitting to being a liar if you wish for this appeal to be kept open for a moment longer. Don't message me on discord about believing that I banned the other player involved in this unfairly as the staff online agreed as a whole that they deserved to be given a lower ban time than you.

I'm on the edge of denying this appeal. Be smart and be careful about the next things you choose to say.

Well, what can i say? I am a lier and that's with true honesty and i am not lying in any of these sentances or my appeal? And im sorry but i have repeated the rules in my own words countless times and its hurting my hands at this point. This appeal is very different as i don't want to be banned any longer. And by any time soon i basically ment never i will never break a rule again. If u dont belive me not reading the rules well then thats mainly on you because i know what i have read. And believe me or not. Im sorry but i know i have read them so i know i wont break any more rules. So i know that i will never be in the wrong again

The beginning of this sentence completely takes contradicts the latter.
I'm sorry that I cannot unban you if you do not wish to comply with my requests. If you were truly apologetic about what you've done, you would take time out of your day to try to get a week off of your ban.
Your replies alone have shown me that you don't care about the rules of the server or what I am asking of you. You still don't understand the rules of the server and clearly you do not deserve to get a week off of your ban.
Next time, say it the way you mean it. Words change the entire meaning of a sentence, and you did not help your case by saying "any time soon."
If you wish to blame me for you breaking the server rules after reading them, you can go ahead. I refuse to believe that you understand the rules now after seeing you claim the same thing in your past appeal. After you are unbanned, you can prove to the staff team that you have learned. Until then, take the time to learn the server rules and prepare yourself to not break any other server rules.
Once again, you have stated this before and continue to impress me with how many times you are able to break the rules and claim that you will never break them again. Disagree with this fact, but take a look at your past appeals and notice how you are once again banned from the server.
If I ever see another ban appeal from you again, I will be quoting this.

I clearly see no change in you and I believe that rewarding you with one week off of your ban will teach you nothing. Hopefully you can learn how to be a fair player of Skyblock during your ban. Do not reappeal this ban.
