Kay, so I have read your application so here we go:

Pros:

• You seem very, very polite.
• I do enjoy the format you used when you bullet the adjectives and explained them. (I did the same thing when I applied and got Mod cx)
• You seem fairly mature so I trust that you can deal with things in a calm and patience manner.

Cons:

• A few grammatical mistakes but who's paying attention as much as me?
• You seem more carefree I guess since the last time I've seen you online. I wouldn't know since I am no longer active by choice.
• I really hope your friends are truthfully supporting your application by the way you perform your duty and not how good of a friend you are.

Suggestions:

• Don't go crazy with color. People always recommend it but really, it doesn't up your chances. It just makes your application look less bland.
