Hello. This is my ban appeal. Thanks in advance!

1. Server name: Skyblock.net
2. In-game name: LavaPlayz09
3. Full exact Ban Message: I do not know the exact ban message, but it would have been something like: Banned by Lainiii_ for 'Death threats are not tolerated'.
4. Did you read the rules?: Yes, I have read the rules many times, and of course not ALL rules are included, but I've learnt by listening to other people.
5. Why do YOU think you were banned?: Because I just typed this: '<o/' and straight away a (I believe to be, and others have said) 9 year old (User: supposes) says to me 'did you just dab?' 'I hope your whole race gets a genocide'. I reply 'So you want english people, asian people, and irish people to die', and he says 'You'll see'. He also said 'It would be better if you committed a double homocide'. I then, stupidly, replied 'No, it would be better if you kys'. Obviously I see my mistake here, and I did not mean to make such a comment. Before this, I did say 'Laini, don't you see this', as he was spouting insults. After making the rude comment, I was banned for 31 days. I do not know if supposes was banned or not but I don't know why I was banned first. Either way, I know not to make this mistake again, and I did do wrong.
6. Was this an incorrect ban?: Well, not really, as I did break the rules, and I accept this.
7. Were you banned ever before on SkyBlock? If so, what for?: No, I have never been banned on SkyBlock, or forums, or ever muted, that I can remember. I played on this server about 2 years ago, and came back on it about 2 months ago. Since then, I do not recall being banned nor muted. I may have got warned a couple times for spam. I abide by all of the rules with the best of my ability.
8. Why do you think you should be unbanned?: I think that I should be unbanned because I do not want to wait 31 days to go on my favourite server. I don't have much of a reason to be unbanned but all I can say is that as soon as I got banned, I immediately regretted what I said, and I have learnt from my mistake. I love this server very much, I come on it everyday. for a couple hours, and I really, really do not want to wait another 30 days to get back online. I made a stupid mistake, and also, if supposes was not banned, then I feel that that is unfair. I know for a fact I will never say that or similar things again, but I did not think in this situation, and also I was sparked by someone making such a rude comment all because I said: '<o/' (dab). If I am not to be unbanned, may my ban be at least be reduced because I honestly do not want to wait a whole month to be back on my favourite server. I understand my ban and accept it but I am trying to do all I can to remove it or reduce it.

I'd been told that the chat was getting very toxic, and logged on to see you saying "it would be better if you kys".
As you noticed, the filter was blocking what you had said, so you filter evaded, saying "it would be better if you ky" and then "s".

Would you re-read the rules for me, and explain them all in your own words?

I'd also like to know if you have any screenshot proof of what the other player was saying to you, as I can deal with them accordingly.

 

Hey. so first of all, yeah, this was pretty stupid of me, but you know I come on regularly, and yeah... Anyway, I don't have screenshot proof but I'm sure you could ask others as witnesses... I don't remember any names but for sure I know briantks was online and talking to me at the time that this happened, along with pugzieeee, the usual afk's and donors.

The rules:

1. Do not grief, bridge over or steal. This means not to break any other players property without their permission. Also not to take others belongings or build over to others' islands.
2.Do not ask staff for items or staff positions. This means not to pester any staff for any positions or items for free. Doing so will get you banned.
3.Do not advertise other servers. This means not to say in chat any other ip's or advertise names or games from any other servers in Minecraft.
4. Do not spam, or use offensive language. This means to be considerate to other players and be nice to those around you. Also, do not repeat messages constantly, and only use one 'ad' per page. Do not use any foul language or offensive terms against other people as it is rude and there are younger players online. Do not filter evade or try to say rude things that are included in the server's chat filter.
5.Do not make new islands. This means only make one island and do not abuse the items given to you on the island. Do not dupe or island farm.
In general, be respectful and do not offend others or use rude language. Be considerate and thoughtful.

I understand all of the above, and will be sure not to break any of them again as I have learnt from this incident.
