Withdrawn Kuriboh's Staff Application

i think i speak for everyone here when i say this. i have never, ever seen an application like this. bro went all out. i support you 100%. from the times i’ve seen you on, you don’t talk too much besides advertising, but i haven’t been on to see your change but i don’t doubt the fact that you can be a great candidate! don’t listen to the (2) mad kids that are just rambling on about in your application, this derailing the thread, just cuz they don’t like you and are jealous of your amazing application that which obviously took serious time, effort and dedication. you deserve all the positive affirmations coming your way good Kuriboh! Keep grinding!

Your application is very well-written, it highlights the main concerns when deciding if someone
will be a good candidate for staff or not. I haven't seen such an application, I can tell that you put
quite the amount of time into it. I think the traits you listed about yourself are all those that
the community looks for in a staff member. I will say, the only time that I see your name on the server
is when you are auto-advertising your casino or shop. I would recommend being more attentive
to chat, and being more involved with what is going on in the chat. Furthermore, your discord activity
needs to be improved.

Until the things I listed are fixed, I will keep my status as Neutral Support.

i do agree that my activity can be improved and its something in working on but those intances where i couldn't be contacted were because i was working on some important stuff IRL at that time, that was before and now i have considerable more time to play, i even waited for that to be the case before posting this application, still, i hope i can prove i have the time to be in the team soon and thanks again for your feedback! hugs!

I'm currenty working in my activity across all of Skyblock's platforms and Discord is one of my main priorities, i hope i can improve upon what you mention! with you in particular i wanted to mention it may be a timezone issue since i have only seen you when im playing outside of my usual schedule, but even then it's something i'm working on. Im going neutral. I've seen you in game even though I don't go on as much nowadays due to school and work. You're kind, and from the responses in this application very helpful. I haven't seen you on discord and forums as much. Would like to see you gain some ground on those platforms. Work on those and Ill change my status.

Dearest community/mods,
I say this with no lightheartedness, but I believe Kuri to be one of the most driven players I have ever personally seen play; not only in gameplay but also in helping out the lesser man/woman/other.
He has shown me time and time again how driven he can be with his projects to opening up his personal items to little known nobodies just to give them a chance to have a better experience.
There are some who say that Kuri doesn't interact enough on discord or forums but honestly who does?

I think Kuri makes up for his lesser appearance on forums and discord by his immense in game presence. People may not notice it because all they see are his auto adverts for Shops or Casinos, but that is because Kuri is a /msg type of guy; he's shy about always being so forward and likes to keep his helpfulness in private conversation and I laud him for that.
My main concern about the entire thing in all honesty is how emotional you can be about some things and if that would play into your decisions going forward with warnings or bans or what not, and I say that with all the love I can.
Overall I can't help but give my SUPPORT for this application as the staff team needs someone of Kuri's flavour on their team!

Your words flatter me so much friend, i still remember the day that i met you, it has been an awesome journey all the way and it makes me very happy that this is the concept that you have of me. Your honesty is great too! i agree i'm totally a /m guy, i just don't like to brag im helping in public chat, but i'm sure that mods have noticed so I didn't mention it, but more importantly, i am in fact a emotional person, and thats something i worked a lot before posting this application, i really want my passion for this community to be something i can add to the staff team and not something that brings issues, so don't worry because I'll give my 110% towards that. At the moment I'm currently neutral definitely leaning towards support, you have a lot of knowledge of this server, game and community, and have the traits of a good applicant, although at first I was a little opposed to the idea as the lack of activity I noticed, but recently I've been watching closer and have noticed an increase, and will probably support if the consistency continues
p.s. love the creativity and layout of the app, good work.

Pro App! You are such a good person and such a good helper, I say that because I have seen you help so many people whether they had rank or not. You have helped me in many things too. I don't think I could have done most of what I did in Skyblock without you. In my opinion, you really deserve to be Staff, and I think Staff deserves someone like you too!

 

Kuri has done nothing but be the sweetest and nicest person since the beginning of my journey on skyblock, he was one of the first people to open up to me on this server and I've had some wonderful conversations with Kuri. Kuri's only intentions from my experience have been for the better of this server, he is active in chat and has done an excellent job in chat with breaking up fights. Kuri would be an amazing helper and I'm sure he'll make a big impact on this server if he hasn't already. Love you bro, Support.

 

Bliinii, you have been there for me since the day i met you, you supported me with all my proyects, you made the time in the server even more fun, and more importantly, you have been a true friend to me, i cannot thank you enough for everything including your support bro, hugs all the way to Germany!

Unfortunately, shifting to neutral with a bias to oppose support. Your recent activity on this server has been noticeably low. The fact that you continue to AFK on your main account for hours at a time, which can be misleading to new players if you join the staff team, is the main issue. You hardly help players in chat, having only a few discussions a day, are completely inactive on Economy (with your last notice 22 days ago), and very little else. Due of the gap in our time zones, I can only speak for myself when I say this. Hope this changes, Kuri.

 

Thanks for your feedback and I'll try to use your comments to improve, and i just want to mention that since i posted this application i have only AFKd twice, one accidentaly when i left my acc logged when I went to school and another time I got distracted in a VC with someone in the server, sometimes reading chat is enough for me and that doesn't mean that i'm afk, also, as i mentioned in my app, i let people help each other, so people that are actively searching people to help in chat will clearly see less of me, and even then, i recall multiple times this week alone that I was the only experienced person in chat helping.
